Guidelines for Presenters
Presenters should arrive at least 15 minutes prior to the Telehealth Videoconference session.
Consider a dry run in the Telehealth room to test presentation, equipment, etc.
Please contact the Residency Training Program Coordinator or Telehealth Coordinator for more information about Audiovisual Equipment availability in your local telehealth room.
Use a font size 28-30 or greater.
Font style should be simple and clear, for example, Arial or Times New Roman.
Dark lettering with a light background is ideal.
Use no more than three colors per frame.
Limit information on each slide, too much information is difficult to read on a monitor.
Allow for no more than 8 bullets of information per slide or overhead.
Please refrain from using any graphs, article texts, etc.
For all 1-hour presentations, allow 50 minutes for presentation and 10 minutes for discussion. There should be no more than 50 slides.
